6 qts popped popcorn
2 cups light brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup lite Karo syrup
2 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Put popcorn into 2 large bowls. Cook brown sugar, butter, karo syrup, and cream of tartar. Boil hard for 5 minutes. Add baking soda and stir. Pour over popcorn and stir until coated. Spray 2 large cookie sheets with cooking spray and spread popcorn evenly onto cooking sheets. Bake for 40 minutes at 200º.
