1/2 C butter
1 Egg
1 tsp soda
1 C buttermilk
1/4 C granulated sugar
1 1/2 C firmly packed brown sugar
2 C all-purpose flour
Dash of salt
4 Peaches (peeled and diced)
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Cream butter with brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Sift in flour with soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating until smooth, after each addition. Gently blend in peaches. Pour batter into greased 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes, or until done.
