1 Pkg Vista coconut cookies (24)
2 Pkg Dream Whip
1 C cold milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C nuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies; reserve 1/2 C coarse crumbs to sprinkle over top. Beat Dream Whip with milk, add vanilla, crumbs and nuts. Put 2/3 of above mixture in bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Then spoon 1 qt. each of 3 colors of sherbet over that keeping colors distinct or use 3 qts. rainbow sherbet. (Raspberry, lime and lemon are pretty.) Press down lightly. Drop remaining 1/3 of whipped mixture over top in tiny dabs. Don't spread. Sprinkle with the 1/2 C coarse crumbs. Freeze at least 3 hours.
