Pie Crust (of course now we use frozen)
3 Eggs - Beaten
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Stick Butter
2 TBL. Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Milk
Pinch of Salt
1 teas. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients.
Beat until blended well and pour into pie shell
Bake as follows:
10 minutes @425
30 minutes @350 - or until pie is firm.
