1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter (melted)

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg

2/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir oats, flour, brown sugar and 6 tbsp. melted butter together. Put in a 11x7 pan. Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes.

Beat sugar and 1/4 c. melted butter and egg. Stir in flour, cocoa, milk, salt, baking powder and vanilla. Spread mixture over baked layer. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes. Cool and ice with chocolate butter icing
