12 c. cut yellow beans (1" pieces)
1/2 c. dry mustard
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
3 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans in salted water until crisply tender. Combine flour, mustard, turmeric, salt and sugar with 1/2 c. of the vinegar to make a smooth paste. Heat vinegar, water, and celery seed. Whisk paste into liquid. Cook until thick. Add drained beans. Bring to boil. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal.
