3 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs separatedº
1 tsp. vanillaºº

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 c milk
Beat egg yolks in 1 c. cold milk, add sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt. Mix well. Pour into hot milk, stir until thickened , remove from heat, add vanilla, cool slightly, pour into baked pie shell top with meringue.


Bake at 375º until golden brown or put in serving dishes for pudding.

Meringue

beat 2 egg whites until stiff, add a little sugar and a couple drops vanilla

top pie (if you do not put to edges it will pull away)
