1 pkg (3,4 oz) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip
1 pkg (10 oz) prepared angel food cake, cut horizontally into 3 layers
2 oz. Semi Sweet chocolate chips

1) Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup Cool Whip
2) Stack cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers.
3) Microwave chocolate and remaining Cool Whip in microwavable bowl on high 30 seconds or until melted.; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spoon over cake. Refrigerate 1 hour.

I used the fat-free, sugar-free variety of pudding and the Cool Whip Lite. Also, I purchased an already-baked angel food cake at the bakery. This was SO easy and a hit at Easter. Enjoy!
