2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup grated zucchini
3/4 cup boiled raisins
1/2 cup milk and raisin water (approx. 1/4 cup each)

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together.

Beat egg in smaller bowl until frothy. Mix in oil, sugar, zucchini, raisins and milk.

Add to flour mixture. Stir only to moisten.

Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 400ºF for 15 to 18 minutes.

Sprinkle with sunflower seeds on top.
