6 oz (3 1/2 cups) Medium Noodles
1 Can Tuna (any size)
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Celery (diced)
1/3 Cup Onion (chopped)
1/4 Cup Green Pepper (diced)
1/4 Cup (small jar) Pimento (chopped)
1 tsp Salt
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Saltines or Potato Chips (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water till tender. Drain. Combine noodles, tuna mayonnaise, vegetables & salt. Blend soup & milk, heat through. Add cheese, heat & stir till cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with saltines or potato chips. Bake in hot oven for about 20 minutes.

Can use chicken instead of tuna if desired & use cream of chicken soup instead of cream of celery soup.
