1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Lamb
1/2 tsp Cumin (dbl=1 1/2 tsp)
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1 Clove Garlic (dbl=3 garlic)
2 TBLS Parsley
1 tsp Chili Powder (dbl=3tsp)
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
Salt to Taste

**SAUCE**
1 Cup Sour Cream
2-3 TBLS Dill Weed (to taste)
1/4 Cup Cucumber (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into loaf. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Chill meat then slice. Reheat before serving under broiler for a few minutes.

**SAUCE**
Mix all ingredients for the sauce together. Chill.

Serve with tomatoes & onions inside pita bread.
