1/2 lb Vanilla Wafers
1 Cup Pecans (finely chopped)
2 tsp Cocoa
1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1/4 Cup Rum or Bourbon
Powder Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crush wafers very finely, add vanilla, cocoa, syrup & rum. Stir until well blended. Dust hands with powder sugar & roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Let stand for about 1 hour to dry partially. Then roll into powder sugar.
