Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My dear friends Wes and Melissa Easter both own restaurants in the Belmont neighborhood of Charlottesville, VA. Melissa's tiki bar stayed open late on humid and sticky southern nights and must have served 500 gallons of this stuff a week. I was a regular there and drank more Goombay Smash for free than anyone in town. With this stuff you have no idea you're getting drunk until it's too late. Dangerous and delicious!
