Roughly 1/2 lb of steak cut no thicker than 1/2 inch, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, teaspoon of ground black pepper, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of water, 1/4 cup of flour, 1/3 cup of dried breadcrumbs, a couple lime and lemon wedges, 1/4 cup of lemon and lime juice.

cut the meat into two pieces, pound the meat until tender, toss the meat in with lime and lemon juice and season it with salt and pepper.

Lightly beat eggs into a bowl with a little bit if water, put breadcrumbs into a separate bowl, pour flour into a separate bowl, one at a time dip steaks in flour, then in eggs, then in breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in large skillet then place your steaks on it and cook for about four minutes. cook at 350 degrees F.

Serve hot with lime and or lemon wedges for garnish and extra flavor
