1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. water
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup Smarties
Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and sugars.

Beat in egg, vanilla and water. Mix well.

Add dry ingredients. Mix in Smarties and drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375ºF for 7 to 8 minutes.
