2 Lbs 75-80% lean ground pork
2 T vinegar
1/2 C water
1 C catsup
1 T brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2 T chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork; drain off any fat. Combine the remaining ingredients and add to pork. Simmer 10 minutes or longer. Serve on buns.
