Cake:
1-3/4 cups margarine or butter softened
1-3/4 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups walnuts, chopped
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

Glaze:
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1-1/2 to 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350-degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan or Bundt pan. In a large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, beating well after each one. Gradually add 2 cups confectioners sugar and blend well. Add remaining cake ingredients and stir well. Pour into prepared pan. Spread evenly. Bake for 1 hour at 350-degrees. Invert on a serving plate and cool completely. Combine glaze ingredients until blended. Spoon over the top of cake allowing to run down the sides.
