2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 cup Cocoa
2 cups sugar
11/2 cups all purpose flour
4 eggs beaten slightly
pinch of salt
11/2 cups chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg minature marshmallows (5 or 6 oz)

Chocolate Frosting Ingredients:
1lb box powdered sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cocoa and butter together,remove from heat. Stir in sugar and beaten eggs. (mix well) Add flour,salt, chopped nuts, vanilla and mix well.Spoon batter into greased 13 by 9 by 2 in pan. Bake at 350 for 35/45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmellows on top of warm cake.

Chocolate Frosting Combine all ingredients and spread on hot cake.
