3 large green peppers, cut in half
1/2 to 2/3 lb ground round
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 cups cooked brown rice, ( cook 30 minutes)
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Cut green peppers in half, remove seeds and membrane, rinse
Cook peppers in boiling water to cover 7 minutes, drain
Cook and stir ground round, chopped garlic and onion in 10 inch skillet until browned, drain
Stir in salt, rice and one 8 oz can tomato sauce, heat through
Prepare a 8 x 8 inch baking dish, lightly spray
Stuff each pepper half with beef mixture
Pour second 8 oz can of tomato sauce over peppers
Cover with foil, Cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes
Uncover, bake 15 more minutes. Sprinkle with cheese

If you like more pepper taste, use 6 whole peppers, and cut off bottom to
