1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
2 large eggs
1 med. onion, peeled and grated
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 lb sliced ham

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. In a large bowl, combine 2/3 marinara sauce, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, Parma cheese and all seasonings.
3. Add meat and combine well.
4. On a large oven pan (I use my pizza pan) spread a large piece of tin foil.
5. Spread the mixture onto the tin foil.
6 Flatten meat and lay slices of ham along half of the long side. Add mozz cheese on top of the ham.
7. Take tin foil and pull meat (the side without the ham/cheese) on top of the side with the ham and cheese. Like you are rolling if over.
8. Bake for 45 mins and add rest of mariners sauce to top for last 10 mins. I always put cheese on the top as well for the last few minutes.
