2 eggs slightly beaten
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c canola oil
1/4 c honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c shredded carrots
1 c shredded zucchini
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp baking soda

Frosting:
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 c icing sugar
1 1/2 tsp lemon zest

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, oil, honey and vanilla. Fold in carrots, zucchini, and walnuts.

In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, ginger, and baking soda. Whisk to blend together. Add flour mixture to wet mixture. Stir just until combined.

Spread batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 25 minutes. Cool completely.

Frosting:
Whip icing sugar, cream cheese and lemon in bowl. Frost cooled bars.
