2 1/2 cups mashed cooked carrots
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. onion juice or minced onion
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk or cream
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Mix ingredients and seasonings. Pack into buttered 1-qt. mold. Set in shallow pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees until firm (40 - 50 minutes).
