3/4 to 1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
8 cups skim milk (1/2 gallon)
1 to 2 tsp cinnamon (depending on taste)
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar into eggs
Place in to large saucepan
Add salt, stir in milk
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until milk is scalded (150 degrees)
Remove from heat, add cinnamon and vanilla
Stir until thoroughly blended
Refrigerate 3 to 5 days to develop flavor
Pour in to punch bowl or pitcher to serve
