Cheese cake

2 8 oz cream cheese.
1/2 cup of sugar.
3 eggs.
1/4 cup of sour cream.
1 tsp of vanilla.
4 oz of Hershey Chocolate Bar melted.

Chocolate cake

2 cups of sugar.
2 eggs.
1 cup milk.
1/2 cup of oil.
2 tsp vanilla.
1 cup of boiling water.
1 3/4 cups of flour.
3/4 cup of cocoa.
1 1/2 tsp baking powder.
1 1/2 tsp baking soda.

Chocolate Frosting

1/2 cup of butter.
2/3 cups of cocoa.
3 cups of icing sugar.
1/3 cup of milk.
1 tsp of vanilla.
2 cups of milk chocolate chips.

Directions:
Directions:
To make cheesecake

Preheat oven to 325º F.
Line a 10 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy and smooth.
Whisk the eggs in separate bowl.
Add eggs to cream cheese mixture until smooth.
Stir in sour cream and melted chocolate.

Pour in pan and bake for 45 minutes.

To make chocolate cake.

Preheat oven at 350 F.

Grease 2 round 10 inch baking pans.
Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
Add 1 cup of boiling water. The batter will be thin.
Pour into cake pans.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 10 mintes then remove from pans.

To make icing

Mix butter, cocoa and icing sugar.
Add milk and beat smooth.
Add melted milk chocolate chips and beat in well.

To assemble cake

Spread a layer of icing on top of one round cake.
Using the edges of foil as handles, remove cheesecake from pan and place on top of iced cake.
Spread a layer of icing on top of the cheese cake.
Place second layer of cake on top of iced cheesecake.
Cover this with a layer of icing and also on the sides of entire cake.
