1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
1-1/2 cups evaporated milk
2 large eggs
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, Reserve juice, divided
3/4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1 cup coconut
Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Grease 13x9-inch pan. Combine cake mix, milk and eggs in large bowl. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup pineapple. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean when inserted in center of cake. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Combine sugar and 2 Tbsp. reserved pineapple juice in small bowl; mix until smooth. Spread over warm cake, sprinkle with coconut and remaining pineapple. Cool completely before serving. Top with whipped cream.
