6 large red hot ripe peppers, minced
1 & 1/2 cups white vinegar
2 carilee (bitter melon), cleaned and minced
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 head of garlic, minced
(Bottles for storing)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the bottles and set aside.
Mince peppers, garlic and fruit.
Pour the above mixture into bottles and then add vinegar and salt to each bottle.
Cover and seal with date and name of sauce.
Other fruits can be substituted with all other ingredients to make the same sauce.
(Examples: green mango, green papaya, limes star apple, green guava, etc.)
