4 carrots
2-3 whole pheasants
4 peeled potatoes
salt and pepper
1 medium onion
parsley
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Roughly cut carrots, potatoes, and onion; toss into slow cooker, add water and pheasant. Season pheasant to taste with salt, pepper, and parsley. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours; until pheasants are tender. Flake meat from bones and serve with stewed vegetables, wild rice, and game bird sauce.
