1 doz. eggs
mayonnaise
salt and pepper

paprika

Boil eggs in water for 8-10 min.

When cooked drain water and add eggs to ice water for a couple of min.
Peal shell from eggs. After all eggs pealed, rinse with water to make sure no pieces of shell was left on.
Slice eggs in half and set egg whites aside.
Place yoke in bowl, spoon in mayonnaise, and add a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well. If you want more creamy add more mayonnaise.

When yokes are done spoon into center of egg whites. sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
