1 lb. vermicelli pasta
1/2 cups sugar
4 cups water
1/2 cup raisins
3 cloves
Milk or cream, as needed (1 part milk for 3 parts of Say Y)
Grated nutmeg, all spice & cinnamon sticks
Whipped cream for topping, if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown or parch vermicelli in a saucepan over medium heat.
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, add vermicelli, boil for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Add sugar, nutmeg, allspice, raisins and cloves for about 10 more minutes until cooked.
Cool and serve with milk.
Add whipped cream and dust with allspice.
