3/4 cup Oleo
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs. water
2 cups Chocolate chips

2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour plus a Tbs more
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Andes Mints

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat Oleo, brown sugar and water till oleo melts then add 2 cups Choc chips. stir over low hat until chips melt. Put in bowl to cool for 10 min.
2) Then add eggs, beat on high speed, Add flour, soda, salt
3) Let chill for 1 hour
3) Roll cookies into balls, not too large
4) Bake at 350 F for 6-8 min.
5) Put 1/2 Andes mint on top of cookie as soon as removed from oven. As it melts spread over top.

Hint unwrap mints and cut in 1/2 before starting
