- 8-10 hard boiled eggs
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp yellow mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp dried dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Add mustard seeds, dill weed, black pepper and celery seed to a large mason jar. Fill jar with boiled and peeled eggs. In a pot, boil water, vinegar, salt and sugar until dissolved. Add hot brine to jar with eggs and fill to the top. Seal jar, refrigerate and let them sit one week prior to eating.

I love pickles. I pickle everything. Why does everything taste so good when it sits in a brine? PICKLES!!! Well...pickled eggs in this case.
