2 to 2 1/2 lbs. meat chicken pieces (breasts, thighs, drumsticks)
2 tbs. cooking oil
1 tbs. Dijon-style mustard
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp.lemon-pepper seasoning
1 tsp. dried oregano or basil, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Skin chicken. Rinse chicken, pat dry.
Place chicken pieces on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat about 20 minutes or till lightly browned.
Meanwhile, for glaze,in a bowl stir together oil, mustard, lemon juice, lemon-pepper seasoning, oregano or basil, and red pepper.
Brush chicken with glaze.
Turn chicken, brush with remaining glaze.
Broil for 5 to 15 minutes more or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
