1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chicken broth
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. grated imported Parmesan
anchovie paste or fillets to taste

In blender, combine ingredients and pulse. It will be a thin dressing but is delicious!

I use this one a lot as it is lower calorie than Granny's. It still has zing and makes the salad very flavourful, even Andrew thinks so!
