- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp shoyu
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove fresh garlic (smashed)
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Finely mince garlic clove or mash into a paste. Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and shake well to combine. Taste for sweetness and add more honey if desired.

This dressing goes well with chicken, pork and crunchy green salads. I spoon it over grilled pork and salads consisting of romaine hearts, julienned carrots and finely sliced green onions. It makes for a delicious and healthy alternative to Chinese take out.
