1 boneless whole pork loin roast, turkey breast or beef roast (4 lbs)
2/3 C parmesan cheese
2/3 C honey
3 T soy sauce
2 T dried basil
2 T minced garlic
2 T oil
1/2 t salt
2 T cornstarch
1/4 C cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast in half. Transfer to crook pot. In a small bowl, combine the cheese, holey, soy sauce, basil, garlic, oil and salt; pour over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2 hours.

Remove meat to a serving platter; keep warm. Skim fat from cooking juices; transfer to a small saucepan. Bring liquid to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Gradually stir into pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 mins or until thickened. Slice roast; serve with gravy.
