1 cup flour
1 stick butter (melted)
1 cup nuts (chopped fine)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip plus more for topping
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 package chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
chocolate bar shavings

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, butter and milk together. Pat into bottom of a 13X9 inch pan. Bake at 300 to 350º according to your oven. Just get this a light brown. Cool on a rack.
Blend cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Smooth over the cool crust. Blend the instant puddings with 3 cups of milk. Mix until thick. Place this on top of all the other layers. Cover all with more Cool Whip and chocolate shavings.
