7 t. De concombres tranchés (laver, sans peler)
1 Gros oignon tranché en rondelles
1/2 Poivron rouge tranché en lanières
1/2 Poivron vert tranché en lanières
1 c. à t. De gros sel
1/2 c. à t. De graines de céleri
1 t. De vinaigre blanc
2 t. De sucre blanc

Dans un grand bol, mélanger tous les ingrédients. Couvrir et réfrigérer une nuit.
Divisez la quantité de cornichons et liquide dans des petits ziplock et remettre les sacs individuels scellés au congélateur, sans les superposer pour la congélation. Une fois congelés, placer comme vous désirez selon votre emplacement. Dégeler et servir.
Peut aussi se conserver environ 2 mois au réfrigérateur.
Donne environ 8 tasses
