2 lbs. ground beef
2 T. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. finely chopped carrot
8 oz. package elbow macaroni (cooked)
4 c. broth
2 c. V-8 juice
salt, pepper
seasoned salt
pinch of sugar if needed
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in 2 T. butter. Add onion and sauté about 2 minutes. Drain. Salt and pepper.
Place all ingredient into a soup kettle and simmer.
Add seasonings to your taste.
