¼ cup water
2 eggs
⅔ cups pancake mix

Mix till blended.... Try to keep it a little lumpy.... Pour ⅓ cup batter into pan with oil..... Serve immediately with butter ....powdered sugar...and syrup....(to make waffles....and ¼ cup oil to batter and then of course use waffle iron)....
