"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
hamburger
carrots
onions
celery
potatoes
salt, pepper, Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
On a large piece of aluminum foil, put hamburger meat in the shape of a patty, add cut up carrots, onions, celery and sliced potatoes. Add seasoning salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Bring ends of foil to the center and fold down. Fold each open end of the foil towards the center to make a sealed packet. Bake at 350° for one hour. I suggest putting the packets on a cooking sheet to prevent oven spills. If cooking directly in a fire, use double layers of foil.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I was so happy when I got this recipe from Dan. I remember us making this as kids. I think Dan got the recipe from Boy Scouts. Mom used to cut up all the ingredients, put the hamburger patty on foil, and then let us each add the vegetables and seasonings we wanted. I even remember us cooking these over a fire when we were out camping.
Hey Dan, do you remember when we used to make "Super-Duper Lily Pads"?
