1½ cup sugar
¾ cup margarine or butter, softened
3 eggs
1½ tsp. vanilla
3 cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
1½ tsp. baking soda
¾ tsp. salt
1½ cups sour cream
FILLING
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup finely chopped nuts
1½ tsp. ground cinnamon

GLAZE
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 tsp. milk

Grease 2 loaf pans. Mix together all filling ingredients, set aside. Beat sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl on medium speed 2 minutes. Beat in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt alternately with sour cream on low speed.

Spread one fourth of the batter (about 1½ cups) in each pan. Sprinkle each with one quarter of the filling. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350° about 45 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool slightly; remove from pan. Cool an additional 10 minutes. Mix all glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle with glaze.
