3 cans of black-eyed peas with jalapenos
2 cups sliced carrots
1 medium onion diced
1 medium green pepper diced

garlic powder to taste
⅓ cup sugar
½ to ⅔ cup vinegar
⅓ cup vegetable oil
5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup

Cook together first 4 ingredients. Then add the remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
