Ingredients:  
9 eggs
3-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
3 cans Carnation low fat evaporated milk
5 T vanilla
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until foamy thick
Mix flour and sugar together
Add mixture to eggs, and continue beating
Add Carnation milk, and vanilla
Pour into freezer container
Fill to 2 inches from top with regular milk
Freeze according to freezer instructions( with ice and ice cream salt)
After freezing, put in a plastic container and store in freezer (or eat!!!)
This recipe makes a 1-1/2 gallons of ice cream
