1can of baked beans
Chicken breast
Onions
Peppers
Cajun seasoning
Chicken stock
Salt and pepper
Minced garlic (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Chop 1 onion and 1 bell pepper.
Sautée onions and peppers(& garlic) in a medium pot until soft.
Add chicken.
Cook until chicken is white.
Add 1 large can of BBQ baked beans and Cajun seasoning to taste.
Add 2 cups of chicken stock.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 mins or until beans are "mushy".
Using a wooden spoon, mash up the beans until broth is thick (faux roux).
Add pepper and salt to taste.
