Bake a white packaged cake. Pour powdered sugar in a bowl, whatever amount you want. At least a half a spoon of butter. Mix thoroughly to get fine granules. Add moisture, can be milk or water, until it is the right thickness. Frost the cake and add tons of coconut. If someone doesn’t like coconut, only add it to half the cake.
