Directions:
Any cheap hamburger. Don’t feel bad if it’s not good. Cheaper tastes better. Pat the hamburger with paper towels until it is dry. Add salt and pepper . . . . paprika . . . . Whatever spices you like. Diced onions. Green peppers.
Mix it as good as you can. Then make your patties ¼ inch thick. Then cook them in a greased frying pan about 5 minutes on each side. Cook them thoroughly. Let them cool for a little bit and then enjoy. And oh . . . you will! Add bun or a half bun, and man, you’ve got it made.
