1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. flour
1 1/4 c. Karo corn syrup
3 T. butter
1/4 t. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
whole pecans (about 1 c.)
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, mix brown sugar and flour; then corn syrup, butter and salt. Heat just until butter melts. Beat eggs and vanilla. Stir (a little at a time), into sugar mixture (make sure your sugar mixture is cool because if not, you will have little bits of cooked eggs floating in your pie). Pour carefully into unbaked pie shell being careful not to splash on sides. Arrange pecans on top. Bake at 375º for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is set in center. Cool and enjoy.
