2 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. soda
1/4 c. chilled butter
dried fruit (your choice)
3/4 c. butter milk + 2 T.
zest of an orange

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add butter milk. Shape into a large circle, cut into eight wedges and bake at 425º until done.
