6 eggs or egg substitute
3 jalapenos, chopped
1 pound sharp cheddar, grated
1 dash Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add cheese and jalapenos and toss. Pour mixture into a buttered 9 inch square baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.

A super simple recipe. You can use pickled or fresh jalapenos or canned green chiles. Just adjust for how hot you want it.
