1-cup flour
1-tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 ( heaping) cup of Crisco
2 to 4 Tblsp. Cold water

Directions:
Mix pie crust with pie crust cutter. Cut the shortening into the flour until it is well blended. Add 2 Tblsp. cold water and blend, then add remaining 2 Tblsp. cold water. Split dough into 6 or 7 balls. Flour a large cutting board or wax paper. If dough sticks add a little more flour. With a Rollin pin. Roll balls out into a circle about 1/8" thick. Spread butter all over the circle, sprinkle 1 heaping tsp. brown sugar on top of the butter. Fold all of the edges to the center and so that they form a star shape. Do this with each ball.
Bake at 400º F for 20 to 22 minutes
